A fully animated demonstration of the functioning of the ECAS system for truck trailers.

The ECAS system makes sure that independent of the weight of the current cargo the truck beds always remain exactly at the height of the loading docks.  Loading and unloading thus becomes a lot easier. The visual realization is decidedly inornate but contemporary.

The Gap Group, a family business, wanted to develop a film presenting the company’s strengths in order to show it at C-Bit.

We merged diverse image sources, like Super 8, VHS video, DV video, and photos into a harmonious film. The film emphasizes the strengths security, tradition, reliability and stability by showing family portraits, for example.

Animated demonstration of the functioning of this emergency brake alert for truck trailers

The lights of the emergency brake alert flash quickly in case of abrupt braking in order to heighten attention of the following traffic. The look of this short but fast-paced animated clip is again, like that of the ECAS clip, decidedly inornate and contemporary.

The completely 3D animated film shows the functioning of the LSP system which helps to regulate the load on the axles of semitrailers. The film was produced in Full HD for primary use on the IAA Nutzfahrzeuge 2008 exhibition.

The film shows the assembling of a fully-automatic AEROMAT VARIO plant at Böklunder’s.  A static camera documented the whole construction phase. Time-lapse imaging was used for the film.
